Suzy Homemake or Dominatrix???? Which are you?

Now I was raised by a single mom and I have always seen women as an empowering being! However, as I have made my travels from culture to culture I have noticed in different households that some ppl still believe in the Suzy Homemaker!!

Now the definition of a "Suzy Homemaker" is, "a housewife who manages a household, esp. with enthusiasm; also, the sterotype of any woman who chooses a traditional female role." And the term actually came from a doll on the 1960s. That to me that there was a doll trying to influence young girls that they should ONLY be in a kitchen is utterly shocking to me!


Then there is the other extreme, the Dominatrix. Now this type of woman is just as crazy as the other. The definition is "1. a woman who plays the dominant role in a sado-masochistic sexual relationship or encounter.
2. a woman who dominates."

Honestly I am all about enpowerment to women, but I mean seriously though to become the man in the relationship defeats the purppose of being the damsel in distress and the meaning of chivalry.

So we have to find a medium... the woman who "JUGGLES IT ALL!"

We should strive to please our men and have them strive to please us! As for the bedroom scene though, ladies playing either role will b okay :p
